All our customers using our servers must strictly follow the general terms of use.
- All of your activities, when using our services, must be legal in your country or jurisdiction. Absolutely any illegal actions are strictly prohibited.
- It is forbidden to post illegal materials, pornographic, violent, threatening, offensive and similar nature. In addition, the ban on the placement of links to this type of material. In some cases, we will have to decide for ourselves what is legal and what is not.
- SPAM is prohibited in all its manifestations. If one of our users is found to be spamming, then his personal account will be deleted (and of course, a refund is not possible).
- If you suspect a violation of any rules, MAXHOST reserves the decision to disable the database or the website, or make adjustments on the server in special cases.
- Any of our clients must pay for server rental services in a timely manner. If you have decided not to continue to rent the server, then you must notify us in advance (within 1 calendar month) about the suspension of the lease. Otherwise, you may still be debited from your account.
- In some cases (for example, when server load is exceeded) your monthly payment may be increased.
- Maxhost has the right not to refund pre-paid orders and not fully spent for breaking the rules.
- Refund is not possible with a fully operational and working server. Cash is only refundable in case of server failure or non-working components.
- Your contact information must be accurate, you yourself are responsible for the responsibility of the data entered by you. This also concerns the issue of payment by card. Maxhost has the right to verify the entered data (contact, payment) for fraud. If any of the contact information you entered changes, you should notify us about it.
- It is also forbidden to cause any harm to our entire system. As a customer, you are required to fully comply with each item of the rules.
- Users should be aware that when renting a server, you place any information on it, and in turn this information can be made available to some part of the Internet. Thus, you assume responsibility and risks for the information posted on the Internet.
- Our service Maxhost reserves the decision to refuse or stop the server rental services.
- In addition, we can stop you from using the server or part of it without any notification if you violate our rules.
- We have the right to delete your account or suspend it if our rules were violated by your employees (therefore, you must inform all your subordinates about the rules for using servers).
- When you pay for the server rental, you automatically agree with the fulfillment of all our rules.
- These rules from the legal side replace any form of agreement. By renting a server, you agree to the legal side of the rules.
